General Information

Ok...I'm a baby boomer and have had horrible experiences with past root 
canals, so when I was referred to an endodontist for a re-do root canal I 
was scared to death.
 In a "nutshell," this was the easiest experience I have ever had and Dr 
Turner and his staff are awesome.  We even laughed quite a bit during the 
procedure when I wasn't snoring.  Oops. Please do not hesitate to see him 
if needed.  He is fantastic!!!!!!!  The cost was the only thing that 
hurt...ha..., but good dental work is worth every cent and I want to keep 
all my teeth.

Dr. Turner, First of all thank God, I am not in pain with this tooth.Still real sore, but no pain as before. I appreciate you and the staff. You all were so kind and considerate, and not only with me. I noticed and listened as other patients came into your office. You are there to help people in pain. Your assistant was great, she does keep you in stitches, but it is so hard to laugh when you have a mouth full of equipment. I pray that I never have to have a root canal or have one redone, but I would definitely come to your office again. I appreciate the way you and your staff handle everything so professionally. I would highly recommend your office to anyone who has to have a root canal.  So keep up the good work.  May God bless you and your kind staff is my prayer.   Dr. Turner and his staff worked to make me comfortable and to feel at ease.  Dr. Turner was very gentle and took his time with me.  When I got a follow up call the day after the procedure from Dr. Turner, that just confirmed in my mind that I had found a wonderful, compassionate, professional young man. I have always been a horrible dental patient due to an incident 
the first time I went to a dentist when I was six years old...many, many, many years ago.  When I was referred to Dr. Turner for a root canal I was scared to death.What could have been a very traumatic experience for me became 
bearable.  The fear that I took with me into Dr. Turner's office disappeared soon after I sat down in the chair. I've already recommended  Dr. Turner and his staff several times and if I ever need another root  canal, I will not hesitate to call Bossier Endodontics.

I could not have been happier with Dr. Turner and the entire 
staff. Even though no one considers having a root canal a fun experience, 
they have a wonderful bedside manner and sense of humor that truly put the
patient at ease. I only wish I could have joined in on the jokes more, but 
with a mouth full of dental instruments that was impossible -- still I was 
laughing inside. Their professionalism and expertise made an afternoon 
that I originally dreaded more bearable. My dentist assured me that I 
would find Dr. Turner and his staff very helpful and caring, and that is 
just what I did. Thank you for as painless a procedure as I've ever had.
 

I was horrified at the thought of having a root canal and I was  in the worst pain of my life.  When my dentist of many years told me he  would send his own family to Dr. Turner, I felt much more at ease.  When I  arrived for my first appointment, Dianne was very warm and friendly.  Shana made me laugh from the second I met her.  Her humor distracted me  from the pain!  I am one of those people who gets very anxious about dental procedures and  Dr. Turner was very patient with me and took the time to explain  everything before he started the root canal.  The entire staff made getting a root canal not so bad!  Although I had  never met any of them, it seemed like I had known them for years.   I would definitely recommend Dr. Turner to my friends and family.  He has  put together a great practice and his staff has awesome chemistry and  energy.
 

I have had several root canals but the one that Dr. Turner did 
for me recently was by far the easiest and less painful of them all.  I 
knew that I was in the hands of a specialist and I was very, very 
impressed.  I chose Dr. Turner because my wife recommended him to me and  she did not steer me wrong.  I also knew Dianne and felt very comfortable in her presence.  Shana is indeed a professional.  Very rarely do I  recommend people and places to friends but I would not hesitate to 
recommend the good people at Bossier Endodontics.

He did a great  job and the receptionist and the chairside assistant were outstanding.  There was no pain and I would definently reccomend this Dr and this office. I did not have to wait and I was in and out in a very reasonably amount of time.

Comments: I must admit that I was somewhat hesitant to go to an endodontic clinic as it was a new experience for me.  I am glad that I did and I am glad that Dr. Turner was the person that treated me. 

I was immediately set at ease.  I normally cringe at needles, especially ones in my mouth, however Dr. Turner was very gentle and took his time with me.  If ever the need arises in the future, I would not think twice in going back for endodontic treatment with Dr. Turner.

The thing that really stood out was when I received a follow up call concerning my well being as well as a letter from Dr. Turner's office thanking me for choosing his facility for my treatment.
