General Information

Fees for endodontic therapy will vary based upon the particular tooth in need of treatment and the problem that tooth is having.  Patient's can expect to pay anywhere from $750 to $1500, depending on the difficulty of the case and if a buildup is required.

Payment in full is expected at the time the services are rendered.  We are not contracted with any insurance company.  However, as a courtesy to our patients, we will submit your insurance claim for you.  Our policy is to have our patients with insurance pay a percentage of the cost at the time of your visit depending on your insurance company and what their usual coverage is.  If your insurance company reimburses at a higher rate, we will provide you with a refund.  Occasionally insurance companies will not cover the entire remaining balance, when this occurs you will be required to pay the balance.

For us to effeciently file your claim, it is your responsibility to bring the policyholders information as well as your insurance company's information.  A common point of confusion is about how the insurance company determines what "they" consider UCR (Usual, Customary, and Reasonable).  Many carriers determine what "they" consider by a negotiated list between them and your employer for a given procedure.  The payment listing is related to cost of the premiums and the geographical area where the services are rendered, usually seperated by zip codes.  An insurance company surveys the area, calculated an average fee, takes 80% of that fee and considers it UCR.  The most common misconception is that your insurance company will pay 50%, 80%, or even 100% of our fee.  This is not true and very misleading.  In most cases, the payment your insurance company issues is usually much less than the actual billed amount that we charge.

Patients without insurance will be required to pay in full at the time services are rendered.   We accept cash, visa, mastercard, discover, Amex, and personal checks. We also accept care credit. For more information please contact the office, they will be happy to answer any questions you may have. You can also get pre- approved for care credit at their website or by calling 800-365-8295.
